Granting an insurance mandate – procedure and benefits
Simply request a mandate agreement from us, fill it in and send it to your local Union Swiss Brokers Holding AG branch or intermediary.
The mandate agreement
What remains unchanged for you
You will still be a customer of your current insurance provider when you sign a mandate agreement with us.
We will not switch providers or proceed with any cancellations or adjustments to your insurance policies without your express consent or mandate.
The financial transactions (premium payments and claims payments) will remain as agreed between you and your insurance provider.
What changes for you
We will become your point of contact for all insurance matters and for all insurance providers. Your previous contact person at your insurance provider/providers will no longer be responsible for you.
We will be your sole point of contact (even if you have multiple insurance policies with several providers).
You will receive independent advice on request and have access to the entire range of products and services available on the market.
We can also provide you with active policy and risk management.
In case of any problems or concerns or in the event of a claim, we will be your point of contact.
